Corrections route status
[email protected] is reserved for calculator and page corrections, but it is not receipt-tested. Do not rely on it or send private information until this page confirms end-to-end delivery.
Hawaiʻi Home Wise is not a real-estate brokerage, lending desk, insurance agency, legal office, contractor referral desk, or emergency service.
What to include
- The page URL or calculator name and the exact field or sentence.
- The current local source: bill, rate sheet, written quote, county page, or statute when possible.
- Which island or county the correction applies to.
- The date you checked the source.
Do not send
- Account numbers, tax documents, medical details, passwords, or private financial records.
- Full property reports or other people's personal information.
- Emergency utility, wastewater, electrical, or safety issues — contact the proper utility, county, or licensed professional.
Faster path than email
Many decisions do not need a correction request. Start with the property research launcher, resource hubs, or a calculator result summary you can paste into a quote request.
